Supported Chest Row/Primal Low Row
w/up, 20kg x 8, 50kg x 8 and 85kg/187lbs x 6 reps (hvy)

150kg x 8 reps, 290kg x 8 reps, 430kg x 6 reps. Had 500kg/1100lbs in mind so loaded 490kg/1078lbs x 3 reps (PB). Vid/pic done

On the video not only is the gym owner (holding the phone) urging me on you can hear someone from across the gym doing so too. Love that sh*t
It really does give you an extra boost when going heavy. The pressure to not fail while everyone. Watches lol!!
 
what i like about where you live is people work more together. it isn't like that in the USA
Powerlifter I’ve been around do! Powerlifting community been nothing but supportive to us. Way diff world than bodybuilding. Not sure why. Not to say all BB are not friendly and supportive.
