That is half a day for sure!!
I love working out in the early hours, it is peaceful, BUT, sometimes, I kinda of miss the noise of the gym. I used to like going at 3:00 in the afternoon, it would get busy and sometimes I would feel rushed. I like to be in and out at around 45 minutes to an hour, but at the same time, I hate feeling like I am sprinting through a workout and not making every rep count whether a warm up or a work set.
I am glad I found your platform here. It is the first time that I have been able to communicate with people that understand how it feels to have this mindset, of wanting to always be better and not being afraid to go to that place that is uncomfortable, and doing it so willingly. I am seeing that we are not the same as other people. I used to have just one friend that gets it, we only talk to each other about the gym and diet, all other friends and family think we are crazy for what we do. But now it feels like I have a whole big community around me that gets it!!
