Gives me a really stuffy nose. Gf thought I was on drugs lol. If I take viagra and cialis at the same time look out hahaha, but I can’t hardly be in public for like two days
yes that is a side effect. can make people sleepy too
it originally isn't for ED, that was sort of an accident
 
Monday
Leg workout from hell. Got done anyway. Arrived early (9am)
Hatfield Squat
120kg x 8, 230kg x 8 and 350kg/770lbs x 4

Leg Press
250kg x 8, 480kg x 8 and 700kg/1540lbs x 6

Lying Leg Curls
8p x 8 and 17p x 6 r/p

at this point I was bitching about taking all the weights of the squat and leg press. Gotta be 800 steps lol

Leg Extensions
2 x 18 x stack

Haha @Mobster! Great job! I know for me Im short only 5’2” it’s a workout I call it the powerlifter’s cardio!!! Cuz our racks are not right next to weight rack either. Loading and unloading truly becomes work! 🤣💪

So true. I was walking the slim 20kg plates from halfway across the gym for the leg press. I need 4 more plates than was nearby for squats. Phone with step counter in my rucksack

Up at 6am and at my desk replying by 6.30am some days. So 9am is almost midday lol

That is half a day for sure!!
I love working out in the early hours, it is peaceful, BUT, sometimes, I kinda of miss the noise of the gym. I used to like going at 3:00 in the afternoon, it would get busy and sometimes I would feel rushed. I like to be in and out at around 45 minutes to an hour, but at the same time, I hate feeling like I am sprinting through a workout and not making every rep count whether a warm up or a work set.
I am glad I found your platform here. It is the first time that I have been able to communicate with people that understand how it feels to have this mindset, of wanting to always be better and not being afraid to go to that place that is uncomfortable, and doing it so willingly. I am seeing that we are not the same as other people. I used to have just one friend that gets it, we only talk to each other about the gym and diet, all other friends and family think we are crazy for what we do. But now it feels like I have a whole big community around me that gets it!!
