EQ at 300-600mg a week is fine.. depending on your goals.. if you want to bulk run it on the upper end. if you just want endurance and some lean gains run it on the lower end. EQ is one of my favorites because it doesn't interfere with my active lifestyle and it actually enhances it. just don't abuse it like any steroid.. since it has a long ester yes dylan is right, you should run it a while. but there is nothing wrong with cutting it off early at 10 or 12 weeks, again it depends on your goals

not at all.. if your goals are simply endurance and mild benefits you can run EQ solo.
if you want to build a little strength and mass on it, then stack in an androgen like test, tren, dbol, anadrol, etc.
proviron though stacks into any cycle, adding it in is a lot of reward vs. risk because it has minimal side effects and it isn't liver toxic. so if you can afford to it doesn't hurt to ever add proviron but it is an absolute MUST when using a nandrolone always
