I consume fruits veggies and high quality fats and protein everyday. but I want to hit all vitamins and minerals that I don’t consume. Is it ok to take the now foods one daily multi ?
 
it is very good you consume so many fruits/veggies. most people get very little to none. the bad news is if your diet is all junk/processed foods a multi will not save you because your body becomes so sick inside. so not only SHOULD you eat what you are eating, but you then can actually take advantage of a multi. so yes and yes.
 
Yes it's obviously good to supplement those vitamins you are not getting from your diet.

Now I wanna point out one thing.

Do I think vitamins and real food are equal?
No I absolutely don't. I'm not sure if there are research done about this but I don't think taking a pill has the same benefit as eating diet rich in fruits and vegetables and whatnot.

I don't think supplements are completely useless but I think the diet itself should cover the majority of what your body needs to function properly :)

Great job with your diet buddy. If you want to supplement with a multi then gram some Ruthless 3D from n2bm. I have been using it for years. It is formulated for athletes.
