I would keep your same training split but re-arrange the days to this:
1. chest tricep abs
2. back bicep calves
3. legs abs
4. shoulders calves

You don't want to train abs back to back. You want to allow at least 48 hours in between each time you workout a body part to allow it to recover and repair.

My thoughts on your diet -

My meal1st is oats 80grm with 6eggs whits
I would add in a scoop of greens powder and some flax seeds.

2nd meal is 50 grm brown rice with 6 eggs whites it is my pre workout meal
Looks good. I would add in a dark green vegetable source like spinach.

3rd meal 50 grm brown rice with 6 eggs whits it is my post workout meal
Looks good. I would add in a low calorie fruit like a grapefruit or some strawberries.

4th meal is 50grm brown rice with 20grm bolid lentils and checken brest 200grm
Looks good.

5th meal is oats 30grm with 6 eggs whites and
You are eating a lot of egg whites. I would swap the egg whites for wild salmon. Your diet is pretty much fat free. Some fat is needed for normal hormone production.

my last meal is veggis with checken brest 300grm
Looks good.

Overall I really like your diet and training plan. Definitely a lot of egg whites so maybe swap in some other protein sources. If you aren't going to include salmon or grass fed beef then I would definitely be using a fish oil supplement to get your omega 3s in. I really like how the only carbs in your last meal are veggies.

You surely like egg whites lol. I would get rid of the lentils, I'm not a fan of vegetable proteins, put some more fats in there both unsaturated (olive oil, natural peanut butter, nuts, salmon ecc.) saturated (good ole steak) and cholesterol is key for test production (put some whole eggs in your whites). Add some green veggies.

You didn't talk about supps but be sure to have a good multi, fish oil and psyllium.

As far as training goes, there's no such thing as lower abs.

The overall plan looks good to me. Sincerely, I will not comment on your split, since it is a very personal thing, so what works for one, will not do so for the other. As for the diet, it looks pretty neat as well, but I would add a bit of variety to your protein sources. Don't forget that different foods apport different nutrients and vitamins, so you need to eat all sorts of foods.

eggs, rice, veggies, chicken. you got the cliche'd lifter foods. nothing wrong with it at all. you can literally get results off of that simple layout

i would incorporate some fish and turkey here and there as well. those are healthier than chicken and you need fatty fish in your diet

also fruits are important. berries in particular contain cancer killing antioxidants, and citrus fruits have tons of vitamin C to keep your immune system strong

In which way is turkey healthier than chicken?

I would try to limit eggs to twice a day. Overall you look good....definitely add that greens powder and try to incorporate fresh greens.

Right now I'm eating chicken mixed in raw kale, red and green cabbage and spinach. Top with basil, pepper and light lemon juice. Its divine

I wasn't as up to date on this either but I'm glad to know too. I like to make turkey burgers with spices and some pepper jack cheese. It's good to change the menu and still keep it healthy.
