Alright I’m autistic(half kidding) and hate typing this kind of stuff out but here we go
I’ve been training since I was 20 but I took probably 3 years off since then but been dialed in on training the last 3 years im
Now 32 years old 208 pounds and 6’2” body fat maybe around 12-15 percent tops
My training without going into too much detail is a leg day back day shoulder day chest day and I try do cardio in between each day which consists of stair climber for 30minutes usually get about 100-125 stories in a session. And during the warmer
Months, because it gets extremely cold in Alberta I tend to walk a few hours a week sometimes fast walking sometimes more leisurely.
During winter I definitely lax a bit on the cardio and when I have my son which is every other week I tend to train a bit less and do cardio a bit less but still try to train 4 days in a week.
My diet. Everyday I wake up have a Greek yogurt banana pumpkin seeds two cups of coffee
I’ve been taking 2 scoops of protein powder a day aswell
My business is ran through a lots of restaurants so I get tons of free food which can vary on the type but lots of steaks raw fish ramen and I try avoid the deep fry foods when I go there. But do sometimes get the burgers or sandwiches.
At home it changes up but right now sweet potatoes steaks ground beef
Chicken thighs tones of fruits lots of arugula and sometimes lots of veggies but I’ll find myself leaning towards more comfort foods during the winter months. And lack on the veggie intake ive always unfortunately eaten a lot of pizza on top of having a decent diet. Don’t really eat fast food.
Unfortunately I have drank a few times in this last year January I had a few drinks and noticed I got a lot sicker than usual, than again about a month ago and I haven’t yet recovered from that. So I think some damage was done which a specialist will be looking at in a few weeks.
Last may I ran Test E until the end of August at 400mg a week sprinkled Anavar in there but quickly stopped because of the way it made me feel.
Dropped down to 200mg a week until December then hopped back on to 400 for months then 500 the last month or two.
I’ve ran 3-4 cycles in the past the most recent other than this current cruise and blast which is my first time trying was roughly 4.5 years ago all have just mostly been 500mg a week for 4 months once I tried a bit of dbol another a bit of Anavar but never a lot.
What’s the safest way I can come off here? Protecting my liver of course I have some bad bloodwork for my liver and lungs and I’m bringing my dose from 500 down to 100 over the next couple weeks. And then would do a PCT protocol. I’m hoping I can bring my test range lower to a normal range by doing 100mg a week then have a smaller PCT if that’s a thing.
Every other cycle I took I believe it was a bag of nolvadex and bag of Clomid for my PCT
