Had a blood test done in August of 2025 I was curious if I had thyroid issues because I had heat sensitivity (wasn't the problem). I had never seen a blood test before but noticed my total testosterone level was low. I asked the doctor about it and he brushed it off. And said I was within range (244) I kept thinking about it throughout the months and recently in February I did my physical for my driver's license to drive semi. So I requested looking further into it and that's where it showed it was slightly higher but still 277 compared to 244 previous time. He had always said he would not want anyone on it at my levels. He said I would have to be like at 100 so I didn't think he'd ever refer me but he did offer to after thinking about it even tho I didn't ask. But I turned him down because I had ready to decide to start on my own and had started it. Didn't tell him yet. But I probably will to get blood tests.


So my first Shot of reta was February 28th . No issues there. Bought 1 10mg vial and some reconstitution solution. Got the needles from the local pharmacy and mixed it up. Used a 5/16-in 29 gauge needle. Into belly fat.

I got more reta coming from china and some test C from elite body. Might add some other peptides yet.



First trt shot of 80 mg test e was March 5th. Used 29 gauge 1/2". Watched a bunch of different videos on where to inject it and I settled with the thigh and the guy used a half inch needle. Looking back his legs are a lot leaner so I must have done Sub-Q. I did my right and it hurt for days like a big bruise.

Second Rita shot was March 7th. No issues there same thing.

Second trt shot (80mg) was March 9th and for some damn reason i my did my left thigh and I'm still in pain.

Third trt shot was today, March 12th. Following advice from this forum. I bought 25 gauge (because I couldn't get 27) 1 in needle and I did It in my delt and it's feeling pretty good. Pretty much like any other needle I've got in my deltoid.

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger

great start to a log bro. id look into some organic psyllium husk while on reta. you can definitely get some good progress by june.

You'll get great results from the RETA as long as your diet is on point. @stevedude19 I recommend daily fasted cardio, it's very important while on it, and keep your diet extremely disciplined.

Okay first update

So by now I've had 3 Reta shots (1mg) and 4 test e shots. I did get the test c in from elitebody so I might try that tomorrow.

So it seems like the shots have mostly just been making me more tired then usual. I did notice appetit suppression the day after the first two shots and had stomach pains a few days after the second shot but that's all I've noticed.
Might go up to 2mg for Reta

Breakfast:
1.5 scoops revolution nutrition protein powder with water.
Banana.

Lunch:
One or two Chicken wrap with extra protein cheese.
Sugar free drink.

Supper: Anything that meets the rest of my nutrition/calorie goals

192 carbs
75 fat
190 protein
2200 calories
I usually only hit my protein amount everyday and I've been doing good with the calories so far. But not much appetite suppression unfortunately.

Also take D3 and C and men's multi vitamins.

My weights been right around 185 since i started in the gym in early February but this morning it was 182 so that's good to see.

I'm thinking of sticking to pinning my delts for now for trt. But I do also want to try sub q yet.

I have more reta coming like I said and also CJC 1295 + ipamorelin (no dac) . So we'll see what that can do for me too.

the tired feeling is likely because you're not eating enough, what I see here is not right macros, especially dinner, we need to up your protein at least 250 and get carbs to 200 flat and what foods you eating dinner?

on the test you didnt pin anything? at all right?

Okay first update

So by now I've had 3 Reta shots (1mg) and 4 test e shots. I did get the test c in from elitebody so I might try that tomorrow.

So it seems like the shots have mostly just been making me more tired then usual. I did notice appetit suppression the day after the first two shots and had stomach pains a few days after the second shot but that's all I've noticed.
Might go up to 2mg for Reta

Breakfast:
1.5 scoops revolution nutrition protein powder with water.
Banana.

Lunch:
One or two Chicken wrap with extra protein cheese.
Sugar free drink.

Supper: Anything that meets the rest of my nutrition/calorie goals

192 carbs
75 fat
190 protein
2200 calories
I usually only hit my protein amount everyday and I've been doing good with the calories so far. But not much appetite suppression unfortunately.

Also take D3 and C and men's multi vitamins.

My weights been right around 185 since i started in the gym in early February but this morning it was 182 so that's good to see.

I'm thinking of sticking to pinning my delts for now for trt. But I do also want to try sub q yet.

I have more reta coming like I said and also CJC 1295 + ipamorelin (no dac) . So we'll see what that can do for me too.

It's great to have another Canadian on here and now you're logging for @pur-pharma-canada that is a much more reliable source than Teragon Labs which is why your bloodwork looked confusing. Great touchdown pics of their Test products as well!

You and one other person I'm helping in person has complained of fatigue on Reta and it's likely due to diet as @LevButlerov mentioned. Your diet will be the real punchline here as to your results so can you start tracking your food intake? You can put notes in your phone and then when you come back here for an update try and post your whole diet for a week for example and you can use an app to break down macros for carbs/fats/protein for us.

I notice you say 'not much appetite' suppression. This is normal with Reta as it doesn't nuke appetite like Semaglutide does but does kick in after 6-8 weeks plus you can up the dose at this point and try 2mg.

If your budget allows I'd start adding some digestive aids as well as creatine and fish oils.

First trt shot of 80 mg test e was March 5th. Used 29 gauge 1/2". Watched a bunch of different videos on where to inject it and I settled with the thigh and the guy used a half inch needle. Looking back his legs are a lot leaner so I must have done Sub-Q. I did my right and it hurt for days like a big bruise.
I would stay with intramuscular since you're injecting 80mg which is just over 30iu of oil which is a lot to be putting into your subQ. If you need help with site injection you can check out this website here: https://trtinjections.com/

I recommend you pin delts like you want for sure however I'd rotate your sites as much as possible. Some of my favourite spots are lats and glutes for example but you can do it anywhere as seen in the website linked above. I'd also use at least a 1" needle because even if the 1/2" is getting into your IM it's still very shallow and may cause issues.

Used a 5/16-in 29 gauge needle. Into belly fat.
This is perfect for peptides, good stuff!

Hey guys sorry I haven't updated in awhile.

This week I decided to go to 200mg of test c per week
100mg monday 100 Thursday.

On April 7th i add cjc/ipa 300mcg before bed 7 days a week. Which has greatly improved my sleep.

Currently on 3mg of reta weekly and I have great appetite suppression now.

Still taking 5g creatine per day

Still hitting the gym 5-6 days per week

Breakfast:
2 scoops revolution nutrition protein powder with water.


Lunch:
5 boiled eggs. Pepperoni stick, protein bar, banana.

Supper: 7 oz chicken breast 2 protein wraps and extra protein cheese

100 carbs
78 fat
200 protein
1900 calories

So yes I upped my testosterone dosage without getting a current blood test. I don't have the time to leave work to do this but I will do it in 3 months. I'm also not sure how I go about telling the walk in clinic or my doctor that I started myself on test and want a full panel done. So I'm thinking only doing 200mg a week maybe it's not such a big deal if I don't have an updated blood test yet idk you tell me.

Thinking of adding something else but I'm not to sure I hear guys talk about primo and mast but haven't looked into what exactly that is or does. Also need to look into anavar more see if the cons are worth the pros. Thinking of cutting another 10-15 pounds. Not exactly sure where to go from here. Trying to get a home gym going as I'm going to have less motivation to go now that the weather is nice out.

Is it ideal? Na. Is it common? Yes. Will you be ok? Almost certainly.

You’re in a really “safe” area here. Unlikely any side effects that you would just like wake up in crisis about or anything like that.

But consider, it IS a slippery slope.

You know your risk tolerance. You should set yourself up with like, rules on how you are managing this operation. Based on your goals and what risks are acceptable to you. And then stick to them.

The tricky thing about running overdosed trt is that things will creep up on you unnoticed. You’ll have thick blood, high estrogen, difficult blood pressure, elevated heart rate. Little things that you may not notice, and you’ll just feel good and keep getting results and lots of positive feedback from people.

So if you’re not keeping a close eye on things, time will do the damage.

But you can really probably be fine. I ran 250mg for YEARS with orals added some of the time, like, most of the time. And experiments with other injectables too. But I have had side effects. Some little, some a bit concerning.

Just don’t lie to yourself, and ignore things, and you can do it big

Again not perfect practice, but likely just fine. You would want to know if you have high e2 from this, and how high, so that you can control it. You may very well have to

You could! Throw 100mg of primo in there with the trt and hope it doesn’t crush your e2. Would be better to know, for sure

My home gym is pretty ghetto. I deadlift off of jack stands, my squat rack was free, plates off amazon. If I had to go to the gym every time that’s a show stopper. Way too busy. Idk how people do it. I’m really living all wrong. Hahaha

My test level is now lower then before I started using pur pharma.... Not happy but not surprised either. I've been feeling the same . Fuck what a waste of time

Man your coming along great! I just started my first log last week. I had to lower my reta dose so im able to push more protein. Im impressed how much leaner you've gotten since you started. Keep pushing! Following along
Hey thanks a lot man I really appreciate that. My cut is almost over (really want to see abs) and I'm excited to get testosterone that actually works and start my bulk and see real progress in the gym. Gunna do an update soon as I can.

I see you've made great progress as well! How do you feel on trt?

I tried to be patient and not assume anything new I was feeling was the test working (placebo) but as you may have seen after my blood test my total test level is lower then before I started so I don't feel bad about not feeling anything on whatever I was injecting into my body.
