New here been lurking for a little. time to start a log to keep me accountable. Listening to the podcast catching up on old stuff listening to every new drop that hits. Can't get enough of it.
I am currently dealing with a autoimmune issue psoratic arthritis/psorasis. Working with doctors to get it controlled and was recommended trt after some bloodwork. started 200mg trt and reta back in September which brought me here..... I would say since that change I am 50 percent better. Now to get the diet nailed down to hopefully help heal/control symptoms and get my health back So i can fully enjoy life how it should be. Enjoying the outside with my kids weather we are out on the trail riding horses. Hunting, hiking, ice fishing, riding horses at home. I do it now but sometimes the pain holds me back and in turn holds back everyone else. The goal is to change that and get fit in the process
My Info:
I am just getting back started with training due to joint issues I am starting lighter weight higher reps seams to work better for me currently. I have a smith machine with cable system that I will be utilizing
Fasted cardio before work incline treadmill early am hit and miss through the week going to get consistent with this is the goal
Diet:
Supplements:
Updated bloodwork next week had a draw done Monday 12/1/2025
Intial bloods
did this with my primary care they didn't want anything to do with trt took these numbers to another local wellness doc she agreed trt was needed but if I had any high estrogen symptoms we were to do blood work early. She does a more detailed panel for trt patients that's what was completed Dec 1 just don't have results back yet.
Cycle Plan:
Lose weight get down to a healthy 185 pounds. Help autoimmune issues I have psoratic arthritis trt has been a big help so far.
