I know you're not supposed to take bcaa’s, protein powder, or food obviously during a fast but does the same hold true for herbals and vitamin supplements? I'm pretty sure the answer is yes but can anyone explain the science behind that because if they don't have any calories wouldn't it be okay?

if you want the full benefits of fasting you should not use any supplements. the only thing that is okay are electrolytes but even that is debateable

You can take n2generate on empty stomach but I would go low dose.

You can take www.HCGenerate.com during a water fast for sure man no issues at all. Just take it with plenty of water.
