I asked this in two other threads a few days ago but I'm not sure if anyone read it. Would it be OK to take n2sleep daily? The bottle says "For relief of occasional sleeplessness only" and to not take it for over 30 days ("Do not take for more than 30 days consecutively.") and that the serving size is 1 capsule. I've seen some posts where people are taking 2 to 3 capsules daily and for what seems longer than a month. Thanks

As @gearhead said, it is fine to take it daily. However, if you have such serious issues with sleep, you should address the primary problem. N2Sleep though, is a very good supp, which can do wonders just for relaxation too, not only sleep.
we live in a fucked up society where we work too hard, eat too much, and stress too much. and we fail to get enough sleep.. sleep aids should be used temporarily even if they are natural.. probably the only thing I would take daily would be GABA because as we age it drops too low. that would be okay to take year round. but melatonin for example should never be taken for long periods of time
Thank you everyone. One more question for all the people who drink a lot of water, when you're taking these do you still get up a few times during the night to piss or can these suppress that? I feel like I never get a good nights sleep because of it.
I personally take it everyday and don't ever take any days off but 'do as I say, not as I do'.
I would take it 5-6 days per week and try to take at least one day off per week. I don't think it's ever a good idea to take any supplement continuously without ever taking a break.
