just found out I was prego :) wanted to know if I can use n2slin after I give birth? like 3 months after. I dont use supplements during pregnancy try to keep natural.

you should wait until you're not breastfeeding until you take any supps imo....

If you are going to be breast feeding, I would probably wait until afterwards to be safe. If not breast feeding then it's obviously fine to use

All of the bottles say that women who are lactating can't take supplements. You don't want to feed your baby supplements through your feeding him but you should be safe once he is 100% on the bottle.

If you are planning to breast feed (which I highly recommend both for mom and baby) don't use any supps except for a high quality pre natal vitamin. Get as many nutrients from eating quailty meals with protein, good carbs and lots of vegetables both while pregnant and when breast feeding. After breast feeding has stopped I would wait at least 3 months after that before adding any supps other then a good multi vitamin, fish oil/omegas, biotin, evening primrose oil and a raw food supp in powder form that contains chlorphyll, high fiber, b vitamins etc. It's so important to allow your body to return to normal before taking anything.

I had a baby in September, she breast fed until January (started to refuse the breast)....I just started a stack 2 weeks ago.

My advice don't rush anything. If this is your first. ..I'm sure your nervous about your body returning to normal post baby. If you eat clean and healthy, exercise and take of your body while your pregnant, you will return to yourself super quick .

Good luck and congrats....what an exciting time.

Yeah I think it should be fine. My lady took N2slin when breastfeeding. It's all natural so I would think its fine

I would research ingredients and learn any possible interactions each has if you want to be safe.
