I am very into the all you can eat concept….those places lose money on me…I got inspired from Golem’s (Illia don’t make me spell his last name) diet plan where he eats 100 pieces of sushi a day

Ok so…gear feedback…2 weeks in my strength is better….endurance is better

I am up 10 lbs but am a lil bloated….which I fully expected with Ment…I KNOW this is a good thing but not a fan of moon face…just gonna deal for now as I transition to Tren…the full run here is closer to 12 weeks than 8, just using my cruise date as a natural stopping point…longer esters will carry me through the 7 days I’ll be out

Might wait on pics till bloat is down some….necessary evil I know

Seated dumbbell press:
30lbs x 15
35lbs x 10
45lbs x 10
50lbs x 10

Dumbbell Shrugs:
60lbs x 10 x 4

Reverse peck deck:
40lbs x 20
60lbs x 10
70lbs x 10 x 2

Seated overhead press:
95lbs x 10
115 x 10 x 3

Barbell shrugs:
70lbs x 10 x 4

And done!
 
So….Daily diet…you guys see my posts so here is a typical days diet:

7am Breakfast:
5 eggs, 3 of the whites, 2 slices bacon, whole wheat toast, orange juice

10am Snack:
Banana, greek yogurt 6oz

12pm Lunch:
50 pieces of fish-white tuna, salmon and yellowtail-24 oz total, Small salad greens

2pm Snack:
Greek Yogurt 6oz

6pm Dinner:
12oz Ribeye steak, large salad, broccoli, sweet potato 10oz,

10pm Dinner 2: 8oz chicken breast, 6oz brown rice, 12oz milk

I know I need more veggies [emoji853]
 
more veggies yes but also you are eating in a 15 hour window and fasting only at night in a small 9 hour window. that isn't enough time for your body to heal itself and cleanse.

switch to atleast a 16/8 type eating window is my advice

Steve I support fasting but I don't think he needs it. On his cycle, he should be eat at least in 12 hour window, 12/12. He needs more protein and more meals on cycle and should switch to fasting 16/8 after PCt.

I need to get enough protein…might tighten it up a little but this has always worked well for me in the past…If I fast I do the one day a week thing vs the daily window approach

Yes get maximum protein you can or no growth, it's the ideal way for sure.

Everyone has their own opinions on diets etc and that’s great but I am not asking for direction here. This works for me, so that is what I am doing. Please no negative comments going forward.

It’s Northern Italian thing…lightly breaded chicken breast, prosciutto ham, sauce can be marsala or in this case brandy cream sauce….Usually over pasta but spinach here because I need greens

And where the heck do they sell BBQ fish???? I am not buying you live in Texas but just trying to troll people in Texas….People in Texas eat Cajun style fish which is huge here…I live by Galveston and 1,000 fish placed here and literally nobody says anything to anyone….

I am a regional sales/project manager and my territory is Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas…..because of that I am on the road most all the week and have to eat out…try to cook when home but that is my wife bc I am super busy
