Yup….sashimi….my favorite actually…they have this all you can eat sushi place right by the gym…so for like $25 you can, if you so choose, eat $100 worth of sushi…

I am very into the all you can eat concept….those places lose money on me…I got inspired from Golem’s (Illia don’t make me spell his last name) diet plan where he eats 100 pieces of sushi a day

I need to get enough protein…might tighten it up a little but this has always worked well for me in the past…If I fast I do the one day a week thing vs the daily window approach
Steve I support fasting but I don't think he needs it. On his cycle, he should be eat at least in 12 hour window, 12/12. He needs more protein and more meals on cycle and should switch to fasting 16/8 after PCt.

I am a regional sales/project manager and my territory is Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas…..because of that I am on the road most all the week and have to eat out…try to cook when home but that is my wife bc I am super busy
