Natural inflammation decrease

I want to know if I can take certain things to keep inflammation low in the body. What would you recommend ? I know aspirin helps but I am not sure if you can say that is natural. What do you guys think ?

An anti-inflammatory diet should include these foods:

tomatoes.
olive oil.
green leafy vegetables, such as spinach, kale, and collards.
nuts like almonds and walnuts.
fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, tuna, and sardines.
fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, cherries, and oranges.
 
Mobster got you there pretty well.
A healthy diet plays a huge role in this so the less process food the better.
I think this so called Mediterranean diet would be pretty ideal option to consider.
 
please do not run aspirin or any other drug to reduce inflammation. you are causing more damage doing that

the best way to reduce inflammation is stay healthy and don't get injured. if you do get injured take time off to let the body heal.. inflammation is your bodies way of healing an injury so taking a drug to stop it is not smart
 
Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs are absolutely toxic on the body. Don't use them unless 100% necessary.

You need to try and figure out why the inflammation is figuring out in the first place. Are you eating crap? Stressed? Over trained?
 
Most of the "Western" diet is full of stuff that causes inflammation, if your looking for a natural supplement try Bromelain, its a pineapple enzyme with anti inflammatory properties. Orif you want something to take daily look into Primrose oil, just make sure it comes from a reputable company.
