a lot of those ingredients are wonderful but how much of each does it have? seems like bs that they don't list it

what happens if they have a tiny bit of each thing which amounts to nothing?

100%

What I don't like about proprietary blends is you really don't know what you are getting. Normally when a supplement company uses proprietary blends, they load up the product with cheaper ingredients and only use trace amounts of the more expensive ingredients as 'label dressing'

Truly said. Prop. blend is crap and you won't be able to know ever how much of a certain ingredient in included. But did anybody try it?

@Mobster: Is sterol not famous now? What would be it's alternatives or any other brand's sterol with proper amount of ingredients?

No. I've magazines going back to 1980 and even a few from before then. Books from the 1900s. Through all that time we see a bunch of stuff come and go. Google Mumie for example. When it came along it was claimed to have anabolic properties. Plant sterols are like that. Very mild anabolic properties and then only in studies.

Compared to PH, Sarms or steroidas they're not even close.

There's a HUGE problem with calling many ingredients and products anabolic. Taken literally anabolic does NOT mean 'steroid-like'. It means to build. On that basis the sausages I'm gonna have for my lunch are anabolic as they contain protein in the form of pork meat. Carbs are as is fat too. Plant sterols are 'roid like' for plants - not humans.

Among the ingredients, again if they were there in sufficient amounts, listed are a few that act as mild test boosters and are good for testicular health. But that's it
