Hi yall. So im new to forums and have heard alot about sarms. I have been reading as much as i can but am looking for experienced advice. Basically, where should i start? Im 38 year old male. 210 pounds.

I was on trt. Been off for 3 or 4 months now. I want to gain muscle and strength

I would like to shed some fat from my mid section also.

Are your test levels back to normal? Why did you stop the TRT by the way?
Sounds like you will want the triple stack. If money is a problem, you can focus on bulking and just do LGD, but really, thats not going to provide a massive boost on its own.

Yeah - I don't get why you'd stop TRT either? Your hormone levels will never be back to "normal" levels if you've been diagnosed and need TRT. Once your on - your on.
And with your goals - get training hard, eating clean and use the TRT to help things along. The pros on here will tell you the Triple stack is the way but I don't see it as the miracle pill either.

Great question why did i stop trt!? Well i guess money and i got comfortable with things. And now im feeling the negative effects of not being on trt. And im eating very clean and getting back into my gym routine. And all i currently can say about my test levels is im feeling like i did before trt. Sounds like maybe sarms arent for me, but i should call my doctor.

And like im said im very new to most supplement and such. Also forums! But i have been working out on and off for a good part of my life. More so as i age. So all input is welcome and very much appreciated

100% man
I'm on TRT and doc said I'd never get off it - so I use it to my advantage.
I remember at one point thinking - I don't need this stuff, feel great so I stretch out the shots to approx. 4 weeks and was a miserable sh*t. I know that " down " feeling but for some of us its a reality.
on top of that - the money you spend on a triple stack for a month is a lot more than TRT shots.
you got this - good luck

How long have you been on TRT? If more than 6 months its probably going to take a looooong time to get you back to anywhere near normal (if ever), but if you're on TRT, as lectraglide said, you'll always be quite low no matter what you do. Maybe decide what you want to do there first before you worry about sarms? I know this isn't exactly what you asked for but we need you healthy and happy before we think about giving you advice on PEDs.

I was on trt for over a year. And off for 3 or four months. I wasnt sure if sarms would be a substitute for this condition and give me back that vitality

Here is a great video for you to watch where I explain what SARMS are and discuss sample SARM cycle lay outs -> http://www.evolutionary.org/forums/anabolic-steroids-peds/new-video-sarms-explained-46877.html

A very common SARMS cycle is the SARMS triple stack. The triple stack is combination of S4 + ostarine + cardarine. http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol
Cardarine is a great SARM for fat loss and endurance
Ostarine is a great SARM for recovery
S4 is a great SARM for strength gains
You get the best of everything by stacking the three together.

SARMS are only minimally suppressive of natural testosterone production so all that is needed as a mini PCT after a cycle of SARMS is a good natural testosterone booster like HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com.

I would do an 8 week triple stack and then a 4 week mini PCT. If you order the triple stack option from sarms1.com, it'll last you the full 8 week cycle.

Like this
Weeks 1 - 8
ostarine 25mg/day
s4 50mg/day
cardarine 20mg/day

Weeks 9 - 12
HCGenerate ES 5 capsules/day

On week 13 you can start your next cycle of SARMS.

LGD, RAD, and S23 can be substituted in for testosterone, however they do not have androgenic properties.

I'm not sure what your plan is here, but i would get blood work first before anything

Yeah thats good advice actually. Get the blood work done, maybe run PCT before and after your sarms. Seems like the long way though. If you're staying off TRT, do the sarms, if you're going back on TRT, then consider doing a blast and cruise style protocol. AAS isn't any more expensive than sarms and you get more gains per dollars by far.
In terms of the triple stack, follow muskates advice to the letter. He knows whats up.

Sounds to me like you really should be on TRT. If it was diagnosed low T and now being off you feel the negative effects that tells me you should still be on TRT.

SARMs are great compounds but they will not replace TRT. Companies are looking to develop SARMs to replace injectable TRT (such as RAD) but I would not be willing to make the switch yet.
