I recently got scammed from http://www.indiamart.com/veronicalaboratories/
On July 30th I ordered my product. We exchanged emails and the amount agreed upon was $280 for 4 boxes of product. no other fees were discussed. After I sent the money via western union, I received an email stating I need to send $30 for prescription, $80 for customs, $150 for insurance. none of these fees were disclosed upfront at anytime. I refused to send more money however, we agreed I would buy two more boxes which would bring my order to 6 boxes. this would waive all fees and be shipped to my door. I sent another $110 dollars to cover the 2 boxes . After that money was sent they stated that I would still need to still pay for those fees or buy 10boxes. I refused again to send more money. I asked for a refund but they stated it would take 3 months and that the minimum order now is 10 boxes. I did not want to buy that much product nor was a minimum discussed or extra fees in any of our email exchanges. After 100+ emails they have stopped responding and refuse to ship product or refund my $390.00. This company has dishonest business practices and plays the Bait and Switch game. Now I am out $390.00 and no product. I reported it to the Main site and they have since removed them from doing business on there portal site.
I strongly recommend that people stay away from Veronica Labs.
