Hey all. I'm new to all this as you pro welt alrdy know. Here's a little background on me. I'm a 31 yr old male from the us. I used to work out pretty hard core back when I was 15 25. I got a pretty laid back job and slacked off extremely on the workouts. 6 months ago I got a new job that's more physically demanding and physical appearance is a major influence in my job. For the last 6 months I have been hitting the weights and treadmill semi hard. I'm looking for something to help boost me along. I'm not looking for something to bulk me up fast just something to help with cutting up faster. After than I wanna start bulking a but but wanna keep it lean. I'm new to all this and was wondering a few things.
1-are the side effects worth it
2-does my age affect what I should take?
3-if I do start boosting what's a good beginner cycle?
4-should I get a better base build before I start cycling? Currently 195 lbs 6' tall 31 yrs old and workout 3 times a week for the last 6 months (previously worked out hardcore from 15-25)
5-price tag on a decient start cycle (no more than $1000 US dollars)

I have read quite a bit in the forums but a lot of it is kinda jibberish to me since I've never dabbled in this type of stuff.

Also post your cycles and workout schedules and recommendations (just for extra info) feel free to post your comments on do's and donts for a newbie

A couple more things would help the Guys give recommendations.
What is your Approx. Body Fat % currently.
Also currently, what does your Workout Regiment consist of.
Is it mainly Cardio or Weights and Cardio, and the Percentage of each.................................... JP
 
1. that entirely depends on you. you have to make the decision for yourself, and see if the pros outweigh the cons.
2. no. if you have healthy bloodwork done, and everything is in check, you can run anything anyone else can/should at whatever age (within reason)
3. 500mg/test E each week for 12 weeks. keep and AI on hand (aromasin or arimidex most people here prefer aromasin.) follow the perfect pct sticky.
4. body fat plays a big role in AAS use. about the only thing it really matters IMO ( i prefer using tapes, and the mirror, but a higher bodyfat will have more neg side effects.)
5. you can rune a basic test E cycle including pct and N2guard for around 500 bucks give or take. it all depends on who you buy from.

It seems like you need to do some more research, so that you will be able to ask more precise questions. Most of the members here could write you an entire book on the different cycles you can run, what steroids can be used, etc. Also, we would need some of your stats, and overall information, especially related to your diet and workout regime.
 
I would hold off on starting a cycle until you have your diet and training down, and at least 2 years of serious training. Steroids do not burn fat. They increase protein synthesis and prevent muscle wasting. Proper diet and training is what is going to give you the results you want.

If you want to supplement your diet and training with anything, look into SARMS. Particularly the SARMS triple stack. http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

Welcome to Evo Slowly. Been on since last year, just really started posting. Kind of was in a similar situation. Had been out of consistent (daily) lifting for about a year. Recently got back into it and yeah I cut down body fat through dialing in my diet and got back into lifting and bout to start a new cycle. I always found that I put on muscle more easily when my diet was on point. You'd be surprised how quickly your gains will come up in strength even after you've been out a while. Your body will remember the lifts, just ease back into it and you'll do fine.
 
Welcome to EVO. You're in the right place. Get the diet down and train hard. I came here after 2 1/2 years training 5-6 days per week, a clean diet and 70 lb weight loss. There's no magic. Good luck bro.
 
Welcome. I think you have a lot of things to perfect before you start any type of aas or sarm cycle. First get your diet in check, second start training more.

dude you can jump on now you got enough experience, these days ppl start juicing the same day they start lifting, if it was me I would use this,
week 1-6=40mg dbol a day.
week 1-12=500mg testosterone cypionate or enanthate.
and adex 0.5mg a day or more/less if needed and a good pct.
some nac and tudca for detoxification of the liver etc.

look into the sarms triple stack. its highly effective for cutting and fat loss with side effect that pale in comparison to steriods

like a couple have mentioned here. you go in this order

diet... training... sleep.. once these are down pat you can introduce anabolics.
