Hi all, im new here to evo. came over from a few other forums that just arent doing things properly. i look forward to getting to know some of you and becoming an active member here!

well. where to start...? i have been bodybuilding for about 8 years. started power lifting at age 18 and fell in love with the sport and the lifestyle entirely.gave that up after a few pec tears and made the transition into bodybuilding. now im much older and wiser. train a bit smarter. i also do contest prep for younger npc competitors who are trying to advance in the rankings, steering them in the right direction is very important to me, as there are a lot of very uneducated and misleading coaches out there now days.. anyway- currently i am searching for a new community to join. i have been a member on many different forums and have had different experiences with each one. i have heard good things about evo and really like the way things are done here and the way the forum is structured. seems to be more of a community where people with our interest are helped instead of pushed politically into viewing things for what they arent. and i really look forward to finding a future home here with evo and making the best of this opportunity!
Welcome, tell us about yourself.

Great to have you here. You should throw up some pictures of yourself and some of the athletes you are helping. There are quite a few competitors on the board.

I will be competing on March 19th in the men's physique division.
