hello, im currently taking EAS phosphagen elite creatine and the zero carb isopure protein. After this cycle is done im goin to get more plus Glutamine and superpump 250...now my question to you guys is, is taking creatine protein and Glutamine right after a workout the right way to do it?? it just seems like taking 3 supplements right after a work out is alot for the body to digest. should i be taking creatine and the superpump before the work out and then take protein and glutamine after??? any help on the order or better supplements would be great since im new to supplements.

You're not on a 'cycle' of anything.

Timing doesn't really matter that much.
Creatine you can basically take first thing in the morning. Same applies to glutamine. However glutamine is better to be divided into multiple dosage throughout the day,

As far as protein goes...well whatever works for you. You can take it with your breakfast, snack, after workout etc...

You can take the creatine anytime. Glutamine isnt really all that necessary to supplement with but you can take that at different times too. Whey post workout can have some benefit but it isnt anything earth shattering

if your new to working out then the only thing you need to worry about is diet. taking supplements at the begining stages before you have put on much muscle is a waste. i actually fell into the same trap. when starting out worry about your protein intake and vitamins only. after you get used to it, then try creatine. its cheap and safe. the animal paks ive seen are pretty costly. that stuff is not for beginners.

research shows its best to take it before, after, or it doesn't matter.. it is a mixed bag. i really think these studies are skewed so that supplement companies can get you to take their products like a religion

at the end of the day just take it, they are supplements and make sure you are spending most of your money on high quality organic whole foods.. that makes a huge difference
