Afternoon fellas, new here. Been browsing here & other places for a while now & decided to join. Been working out on & off since high school. My co-worker started cycling up some months ago which got me wanting to get back into the swing of things. I'm 5' 10" 175lbs (lean) but in pretty decent shape for 35. Bench is 300 (4 reps max). Squat 400 for 4 reps. Still have a lot of work to do. Anyhow, just wanted to introduce myself.
