I had stuff last month and I've stuff coming right now. And you've had 3 hurricanes in the US one after another. Contact them via their email

all i can tell you is i made 2 orders this week through both ag guys and sarms1 and got my stuff no problem. any issues are likely having to do with the processor or host, and that is something you need to ask them about

I think it is interesting how this guy just shows up magically. so they are having a few hours of downtime on their site. maybe it is a server, maybe payment processor is down.
and he shows up NOW to post. they been arounds for years and years with no issue and they have a half day on a friday where their site has issues.

i made an order on sarms1 website tuesday. i got an email from them following my order saying it was being processed but i did not receive an email saying the order had shipped.
do they not give u a tracking number or let u know order has shipped?

Yes they use USPS. Usually takes a couple days or more for processing
I made an order 2 weeks ago, transferred money, it was declined, emailed sarms1 asking wtf is going on and it's been a week and no reply. No idea what's going on over there. I have ordered from them in the past but this time its very difficult.

Just found out from them that they will be on vacation for a month, so don't be concerned - everything is fine. They are just humans like us, who need to have some rest every this year and next year. Everything will be just fine.
So, why don't they indicate on their site that they are on vacation, like all the good and serious sites ?? Why the server is down ? When i'm on holiday, i don't destroy my tel and my email...

I'll check my email now: It says 'a month or so'. I was incorrect earlier. A month, from the date of my email, makes it the middle of October. Or so takes it to the date the guys says. Note I did not contact them directly but via my usual guy (one of the bosses here)
Regardless of the date they are on their holidays. Feel free to send them an email with tech advice on setting up their server for the next time it happens.

On the other hand, I will have to do it for sarms1, sarmsX and ag-guys ... It must be the same guys who manage these 3 sites
Send their customer service the details for them to deal with the moment they open shop.
They likely use the same processor. Does it really matter why they are not working right now? They give you the date they are back and that is all that really matters.

Exactly. I wrote a similar reply earlier and then decided not to post it. I suspect it's the eBay/Amazon thing. Being so used to reviews/5 star feedback and drones dropping of packages 24/7 when a customer comes across a site that might have been affected via their drop shipper the recent hurricanes, a server hosting site and a set of guys that might actually dare to go on holiday and enjoy themselves for a change it's all too easy to come here and kick off.
I live in FL. there was no destruction on the east coast so whoever told you that is lying and it is laughable that anyone would believe such nonsense. if a warehouse gets destroyed that would mean every house would have been leveled. the winds were no where close to strong enough to cause that LOL! i know people are dumb when it comes to science but i will LOL as we got only tropical storm force winds. how the fuck was i posting this whole time? if a warehouse got destroyed i would have had my entire house destroyed along with it and not been able to show up on this forum everyday right? use your brains people! i find it incredibly insulting because there are people in puerto rico, the keys, virgin islands, and texas who lost everything. yet certain people treat it like a joke and say stupid shit online
however that doesn't mean there weren't disruptions. the post office was closed for many days due to power outages and if product was supposed to be shipped in that would have caused an issue for sure. plus if the power was out at the facility that could have easily caused product to be ruined. so THAT is plausible. but whatever the issue who the fuck cares i agree with gearhead. they are closed until nov 1 so people gotta be patient until then.. trying to dig up some conspiracy is ridiculous, it isn't anyones business how a business runs things. they are closed right now so chillax until they re-open. let them focus on selling quality products and having A+ customer service as they have for years.

I have the same problem! I did a big order of 30 bottles S4-RAD-LGD! Before the payment is done of $2500 Tom Barington was answering after some hours with all info for the payment!
When payment was done, Mr Tom disappeared from the planet since 10 days without any sign of being alive! Also Tom to his latest email on 18th of September never mentioned that they will be on
vacation until 1st of November and I hear this for a fist time from this forum

No you didn't. I've seen the other post you made and no one said it was the first time they'd gone on holiday.
I mean that they didn't tell me anything on the emails that we exchange before I do the payment about vacation or delivery delays!
On this forum I heard for the 1st time that they will be on vacation till 1st of November
dude they will be back in 3 weeks your order will be shipped. again let me repeat because people have no clue the way business works.. when you make a payment online the money doesn't go into the companies pocket, it goes to the processor who HOLDS that money until they decide to release it to the company. i understand you are frustrated but they have no control over the situation. it isn't like they are going to be out for a year here and they will take care of you for sure. they been around for years and always take care of customers and they aren't the only sarm company going through this issue either. that is the nature of the current environment, remember you aren't buying books on amazon here.. you are buying research chemicals!

My now 90-year-old father opened a retail business here in southern California in June of 1954 (a business that I grew up working in; a business that my father and my eldest brother still own; and a business that has been open for business seven days per week - except for each and every Christmas day - since it opened more than sixty-three years ago. So I do have a clue with respect to the way in which business works.
As such, I can assure the readership that any business that closes its doors (proverbial doors or otherwise) for so much as a week, let alone for more than a month, is not for real and should not be dealt with.
Therefore, this "SARMS1" stands as its own worst review.

you are comparing your grandpa's store selling tangible goods to a place that sells research chemicals? you do realize that the government and credit card processors have in the past month been clamping down hard on this type of thing and that they are illegal to sell unless for research purposes, and even so it is very risky business. don't believe me? try opening up your own sarm's store or ask bostin loyd who had his research chem site shut down 3X. VISA wants no part of any of it and even fucking paypal no longer will allow sarm's to be sold as of last month. these are facts, not just forum speculation and bitching. if your grandpa's store sold sarm's he would be raided so fast and if it was that easy then every gym in america wouldn't be selling protein powder, they would sell sarm's in the front desk lol
