I've been lifting for several years now and decided to dip my toes into my first sarm cycle. I picked ostarine for Recomp and joint repair (bad wrists and elbow)
I'm aiming to do 25mg for 6 with N2GENERATE as pct for 4 weeks. Eating maintenance calories with lifting 5 days a week, cardio for 3.
I just want to know if anybody thinks a nolva pct would be required if I decide to extend my cycle to 8 weeks. Never done PEDs before so my system is fresh and hasn't been hammered by AAS. Any advice is appreciated
