Over saturation of muscle

Quick question: Say if you inject only your outer quad and rotate from left leg to right leg each injection so Monday left leg outer quad and Thursday right leg outer quad can you over saturate that muscle with to much oil to the point where it takes longer to disperse/absorb?

The Short Answer is No.
However if you're doing Injections over 3 CC's, you might get some Oil Leaking out after the Injection................................ JP

It also helps to inject slowly (roughly 1cc per minute); to gently rub the injected area following injection for better dispersion; and to inject in as many different body parts as possible (quads, glutes, biceps, etc.).

Short answer - no. But the more often you use a muscle site for injections, the more scar tissue that will develop. That's why it's best to rotate as many sites as possible into your regular injection cycle.

I would add in glutes to your injection sites. It is one of the easiest sites to inject into. Inject into the upper outer quadrant of the glute.

It will harden up, so it may become visible and will make injections harder.

I really like @muskate's suggestion - add in the glutes into the rotation schedule, and you will have to do just half as many injections in the quads. There will be less stress for all of your body parts this way.

Thanks for your responses. I only have 1" pins so ill try out my delts on monday.

Delts are a good spot too. You can also look at VG. It is not as commonly used but an easy spot to pin as well.

I dont think it really matters too much, as on-site injections do not yield any extra benefits. It would be the same even if you pin at the same spot all the time. The only reason people switch it up is to reduce the likeliness of scar tissue and make sure they dont inject oil again where it had accummulated a bit
