Hope y'all had a great Christmas and New Year! I have a cycle coming up in a little over a month and am looking for a little guidance. I have everything I need for the cycle gear/supps/vitamins/my PCT/etc., I just am a little confused on where to use my Proviron and Winny?
Just so everyone knows here are my stats, I don't compete, and just looking to put on more healthy weight.
6' / 192 lbs. / 12.2% BF / 44 YO
Cycle 12 weeks
Test - 300 MG/week
Deca - 250 MG/week
Proviron - 25MG/ED (from day 1 up to the last day of PCT)? *need suggestions on this
Winny? - I know what I'm thinking about, but would like expert advice on when to through it in on this run, and I can do 25 or 50 MG/day?

Thanks bro, I like that planProviron’s a solid addition to your cycle because it helps with androgenic support, lowers SHBG (which boosts free testosterone), and can even give your libido a bit of a kick. The best way to run it is to start on Day 1 of your cycle and keep it going for the full 12 weeks. No need to use it during PCT, though, since it can mess with your natural testosterone recovery. Proviron isn’t really a major anabolic, so it doesn’t add much value in PCT- stick to Clomid or Nolvadex for that.
As for Winstrol, it’s better saved for the last 6-8 weeks of your cycle. It’s great for leaning out, drying up, and adding some definition, especially since by then the Deca and Test will have built a good base for growth. Start with 25mg a day for the first week to see how you handle it. If everything feels fine (no joint aches or liver stress), you can bump it up to 50mg a day. Try splitting the dose between morning and evening to keep things steady. Just keep Winstrol to a max of 6-8 weeks since it’s rough on your liver, especially the oral version.

At this stage im just getting ready to get my bloods, PED's, and Anciliaries sorted, once these are sorted ill get a log posted.

You can start a log now dial in your training nutrition then a cycle coming, so LOGGING is important before you start.
