You should run the "search" button on the main page and type in "PCT". Followed by browsing the countless threads that explain post cycle therapy. Google is pretty effective as well

Make sure to run an ai with your cycle to prevent the testosterone from aromatizing into estrogen. Aromasin at 10mg eod is a good dosage. You can order it from ag-guys.com

Usually you need to run a clomid and nolvadex combination. Some people add HCG just before PCT, but here its not that popular. And of course - abundance of test boosters and SARMS help to recover faster and maintain the gains. Muskate's link has more detailed info on all of this

Does not get any more simpler and yet complete that that. All you need with a sustanon only cycle is an AI during the cycle (aromasin), and a full PCT afterwards. It may seem like a lot of PCT for such a cycle, but remember - the better the PCT, the more gains you will be able to keep after the cycle, and the easier it will be for you to recover your natural testosterone production. Therefore, never cut corners with PCT, as it is a very important aspect of AAS use.
