I'm fairly new to this site. First forum I've ever joined, but I just have so many questions and figured why not.
I'm 34, 5'10 180. And as i've started getting older, I have started to get injured on a more regular basis, especially from recreational sports.
I'm curious as to if anyone has experience with peptides. Some like BPC-157 are supposed to help with healing especially in relation to tendons and joints. Currently, I'm experiencing some tendinitis in my elbow and have something else as of yet diagnosed in my knee that has kept me out of sports for several weeks.
I have read different things and spent some time on different sites and think that I want to run the following three:
IGF-LR3 50 mcg a day on workout days (suggested from a different website)
CJC-1295/Ipamorelin (blend) 2mg a week
BPC 157 100-200 mcg daily (site specific to injury)
I'm thinking about running this for an 8 week cycle. Week one and two just the cjc-1295/ipa and then bringing in the IGF in week three for 4 to 5 weeks then back to the CJC
Once again, I am super new to this and all this basically comes from what I could glean from websites.
Any insight into this? am I on the right track or way off base?
I've heard yea and nay in regards to any form of PCT, thoughts on this?
