That's very low!
@GazandJayme you likely have issues with health. Whats your diet training like?
Been training for the past 3.5 months after having a desk job for 3 plus years.
For the first month I didn’t put on any muscle or lose any weight so I got my test tested and it came back .1 under the Australian standard of 8.4 to 30.
Doctor gave me 3 mil primoteston, I hit 1 mil a week and starting seeing results.
Doctor wanted me to take 1 mil a month though, after doing research I seen it wasn’t enough and my hormones would roller coaster, so I decided to take matters into my own hands as I have mates that said 1 ml a week has done them wonders, plus I’m 41, had my kids and not looking to have more.
My diet, I eat every 2 to 3 hrs.
Average day is a protein shake, 3 rice cakes and a banana for breakfast, later 2 or 3 boiled eggs and a handful of nuts, then a good macro lunch, next more eggs and a yoghurt, then dinner is what ever the wife cooks, always consists of a decent amount of protein and veggies. I’ll end the day with a protein shake or some high protein oats.
Cut out soft drink, chocolate, lollies, take away, not even sugar in my coffee.
I’ve lost 7 cm’s now off my waist, 3cm chest and 5cm belly, but my weight hasn’t moved so muscle is growing and fat is now burning.
I’m training 4 days a week, 1 day with a personal trainer target different muscle groups.
