Possible next cycle/any suggestions

Ive been lifting since I was 13. I'm 34, Male 6'4" 265lbs. Currently 15%BF (I know, I know... I'm a disgusting fat body). I'm currently working on cutting fat down more before next cycle. Probably wont start until I'm closer to 10%-12% range. Just got bloods back and it looks like everything is back in Normal ranges. It's been approximately 4 months since last cycle.

My next cycle may looks like this:

Weeks 1-6
Dbol 30mg ED taken at
[email protected]., [email protected]., [email protected].
N2Guard 7 caps ED

Weeks 1-12
Sustanon 500mg/wk taken at
1ml Monday @6am and 1ml Thursday @6pm
Cardarine at 20mg ED
Aromasin 10 mg EOD (will do bloodwork mid-cycle and adjust as needed)

I plan on running HGH at 3iu ED for next 6 months (this will be first time ever running hgh).

Will be following Perfect PCT for my PCT. (Yes, I have everything on hand and then some)

The goal is to bulk. In the past I typically run anadrol and Test. I've never gone above 500mg with test per week. I dont feel I need to until gains significantly slow down from that dosage. Some friends of mine have had some pretty impressive gains recently with dbol. I have never tried dbol or hgh and wanted to try something new exciting and different. (You dont know until you try)

My diet will be very clean and at a small caloric surplus. My meal prep is very consistent and boring.

Any recommendations will be well received. I am not an expert nor have I claimed to be. Just want to make sure I haven't missed anything. I'm looking forward to another successful cycle. Any help will be much appreciated.
 
nice to see you getting yourself into proper condition first... i really dont like dbol ran longer than 4 weeks but thats your call... you sure you want to go with dbol? i will say your dosing looks great on everything, so thats all in line, just making sure you want to go the dbol route if you are going to work so hard to get your body fat down into a nice range, only to likely put it right back up there... you could bulk in a cleaner way, with say deca and tbol perhaps...
 
Looks good to me. 15% isn't that fat. But cutting down before hand is a good idea.

As Dylan says deca or npp and tbol eod keep you lean and work great

Your right 4 weeks would be better for the dbol. I will look into deca and tbol as I have not tried them either. Thanks Dylan!
 
I think everything looks pretty much on point in here.
I like the fact that you brought up the whole nutrition aspect as well as we usually just tend to see a layout of drugs and not even a single word of these diet and/or training which are obviously equally important in maximizing the results.
 
15% isn't fat at all. but yeah you will be happier getting that down before starting

my only suggestion is you don't need to pin sustanon that often. you can literally pin the entire 500mgs once a week and that is ample. remember sustanon is mostly extremely long esters. in europe they use omnadren as TRT and in the UK sustanon is TRT. they pin it a few times a month only

I agree 1000%...i was gonna start my 1st ever gear cycle in a month but im only gonna be around 15% as well...i think ill run sarms 1st for 8 weeks and cut down even more...its a goos idea

Oh obviously take 8 weeks off in between the sarms pct and the test C...not gonna back to back em
 
Imo 4 weeks at 30 mg of dbol is a waste, I know I’d just suck up water and then piss it out. It needs to be run long for keepable gains, and it aromatises pretty heavily and is hard on you.
tbh I dislike dbol aside from a pre workout occasionally.

Thats just how I react, and my opinion. I know my bro loves it, and makes killer gains off the strength increase.
I’d opt for tbol. Or real var at 80 mg, but it’d have to be pharma var for me.

Fun cycle either way, push hard man, get it!

HI everyone I like to get some advice on my cycle.

8 weeks stack cycle:

Tri tren 150 mg, i will take 300 mg a week and will be pinning e4d, Sustanon 250 mg I will take 500 mg a week and pin e4d.

1-4 weeks

Superdrol to give it a kickstart and jumb to my injections. So I would be on a 12 weeks stack cycle.

1. I will use Aromasin through my stack cycle.

2. Pct will looks like this: clomid/nolvadex

3. What kind supplements would be best to use ?
 
15% bodyfat isnt fat. Just average, but honestly not a good place to start a bulk in my opinion. I'd get it down before bulking otherwise you will go from average to actually fat if it's a true bulk

Yes. I like to finish my bulks at 15%
