Say after you do a 16 week cycle,How long do you guys stay off of cycle before you run another one?? And how much muscle do you lose while off between cycles if any on the average? Thanks for the Input!

Time off should be at minimum time on if not longer, so 16 week cycle plus 2 weeks before PCT starts then 4 weeks on PCT. so you’re looking at 22 weeks before you should be cycling again.
you stay off steroids until your blood work tells you it is okay to come back on
as far as your 2nd question there is no black and white answer but i can tell you that the broscience that you gain 20 pounds on a cycle is absurd. that would mean after 10 cycles you gain 200 pounds. sorry but it doesnt' work like that.. your body is going to constantly try and shed away muscle
You should keep 85% of the gains you made on your cycle if you do every right.
Not keeping the majority of the gains you made on your steroid cycle is usually the result of:
1. Not running a proper PCT after your steroid cycle.
2. Not training and eating with the same intensity after the cycle as you did on cycle.
What put the muscle on the first place is what will keep it there after your PCT - HARD training and a high protein diet.
Firstly the time off equation has been covered numerous times: it's the cycle length (so 16 weeks) plus pct (probably 4 more weeks) for a total of 20 weeks off.
only a psychic can tell you what you will or will not keep from your gains but i assure you that if you do not run a proper and complete pct, the chances of keeping any your gains will drop drastically
the safe way would be time on (16 weeks) plus PCT = time off minimum. So then you would do a blood test and have it looked at by the guys here and if everything looks good then you prepare yourself for your next run. But if bloods are not in range then you should go another 4 weeks and have them checked again. that is the safe way.
