Im not really sure on what to post here but ill focus on these (any advice would be good)
training, sleep, supplements, diet
Training
Currently I train a split that goes something like this
chest + back + bit of shoulders
sharms
legs
rest
chest + tri + bit of shoulders
Back + bi + bit of shoulders
whatever im feeling
Rest
On top of that I do cardio on most days and run 2 5ks a week
Currently im 84kg cutting down to 75-70kg after bulking to 107kg
Pre-cut stats
405 bench, 505 squat, 505 deadlift
Current stats
315 bench, 455 squat, no deadlifts for now
Sleep
My sleep is fairly good id say averaging 8-10 hours most days
Supplements
Currently Im mainly drinking preworkout not even creatine which I should get on top off
I did run MK677 for 6 months @ 20mg every day and saw really good results
Diet
Right now I eat 1800-2500 calories while cutting and see roughly around .5-1kg of weight loss per week (oats, potatoes, meats, vegs)
While bulking I would just eat a lot of horrible stuff in order to gain weight (donuts, chocolate ect)
Bloods

Important Info
I'm planning to hop on once I return from vacation around september and get my bloods done then
I'm 6ft, 84~kg, I've been training naturally for around 3 years and 2 months now achieving a 405 bench roughly 6 months ago before I started cutting.
The cycle Im planning is most likely a 12 week 400mg test e [with AI @ 0.25 EOD (only if I notice estrogenic symptoms)]
