what about post cycle? I read of people taking nolva from day 1 and others waiting 1 week after last shot.

Depends on what your running as to when you start PCT. Generally with longer esters you'll wait a bit longer than with short esters

the purpose of PCT is to give you a soft landing first and foremost.. the 2nd is making you feel good so you don't want to quit training which ties into the first point

so you should be running a full PCT, not just a SERM

If longer ester like Test Cyp or Enanthate (or other long esters) you wait 2 weeks to start PCT however you keep running your AI (hopefully aromasin) during that 2 week gap period between last shot and start of PCT.

Then its clomid, nolva, and your AI for the PCT for 6-7 weeks.

If you ran long esters, wait 2 weeks after your last injection and then start your PCT.

If you ran short esters, start your PCT immediately after your last injection
