Prepping for winter cycle.

So first off I’m on trt already, I’ve done a few cycles and received awesome advice here. Currently 194lbs 5’9” around 13-15% body fat. I’m in the works of prepping up for a winter test e T-bol and Tren E cycle with hgh. Currently running just 4iu hgh and 250mg test a week. My diets been very clean, 1600-1800 calories and 140-160g protein, low side of carbs. 50-100 a day. My goal is to get down to 8-9% body fat and then run the cycle, increasing my caloric intake and protein. I’d like to put on as much lean muscle as I can running Tren hopefully only 6 weeks, maybe 8. I was considering staggering T-bol and Tren, weeks 1-6 tbol 50mg a day, weeks 4-10 Tren 500mg a day. Test 1-12 500mg a day, hgh 4iu a day 5 days on 2 days off 1-12. I’m a bit rusty on all the cycle therapy I need to gather up, liver support and all the important stuff I’ll need to stay healthy during this cycle. If you guys would be so kind to share some of your wisdom, I would very much appreciate it! Thank you.
 
So Tren dose looks pretty high to be honest.

If you have never run Tren before id suggest starting at 150-200mg/week and see how you feel. You dont need to run Tren like a Test cycle.

I think you would fair well on 350-400mg test/week + 150-200mg tren/week andadd the dbol in only if you want at the beginning.

On cycle you would need aromasin and if you decide to run the dbol then you would want a liver support like N2Guard from Needtobuildmuscle. Also would want caber on hand for the tren if prolactin is an issue.

Some people get Tren cough which can be cobated with cardarine so could add that. Also helps with endurance as cardiovascular health goes down the tubes with Tren.

PCT you would want Clomid, Nolva, and Aromasin pluscould utilize a natural test booster.

Will you still be running the 4 IUs of HGH as well?

You are wasting 4IUs o' HGH per week.
 
To clarify, t-bol not dbol. Lol yeah 500mg a week of Tren and test, definitely a typo there haha. and 4iu gh a day for 5 days on 2 days off. I have done Tren E cycles before around 250-300mg a week. Also im on trt for life, so I will be going back on trt after the cycle. Aromasin and caber throughout the cycle, with n2guard is definitely gonna be needed too ty.

Was thinking about increasing the gh when I get on Tren, idk if that’s fully necessary but I’d like to pack on as much lean mass as I can this winter. How long after last pin of Tren should I continue caber and Aromasin? Also what are doses of arom and caber? Arom 12.5 eod and caber .25 e3d?
 
Maybe he meant 4iu ED, let’s see if he clarifies that. That’s what .5 something IU a day?

That's what I had thought, Gruntwerkz. But he did write, "...4iu hgh and 250mg test a week." So it seems to me that he's injecting the 4IUs of HGH along with the 250mgs of test' once per week. But I dunno.

What do you mean self dosing? I do all my own shots if that’s what you mean?

Mobster does not receive free healthcare. He receives healthcare that is free of out-of-pocket costs to its recipients. You can start with those doses of Aromasin and Caber but I would say get mid-cycle bloodwork done as that is the only way to know they are dialed in.

I was running .5mg of arimidex every other day and wasnt enough my estrogen was still a little over normal range. I switched to aromasin and ran 15mg every other day and my estrogen was back in line.

The dosages really come down to how susceptible to estrogen/prolactin issues.

I was running 500mg/week test only btw.
 
This is what I would do -

weeks 1-6 tbol 50mg a day,
weeks 4-10 Tren 300mg a week
Test 1-12 200mg a week
hgh 4iu a day 7 days on 0 days off 1-12.

+ cardarine, aromasin, caber and a liver aid like n2guard on weeks 1-6
 
Based on your body weight, at 1600-1800 calories you likely aren't going to grow a lot more muscle. You will lean yourself out for sure, and that BF will drop which will be a great thing. But I don't think you are eating enough to really pack on noticeable mass. Based on rough math, I'd think you'd need at least 2300-2500 calories as your maintenance baseline.

How long have you been eating at the 1600-1800 calorie level? As long as your macros are good, I'd expect your BF to be much lower than you are stating.
 
I used to be on trt through a dr, but it’s pricey. Yes blood work is very important to me, I recently got blood work before I started the gh, I’m going to get blood work this sat to test the gh and I’ll for sure get it done mid cycle with Tren. Looks good Muskate, I like that build, I was also considering going the test p and Tren Ace route, since 6 weeks of tren. I’ve never tried Tren Ace tho, only Tren E. Im not a fan of pinning eod, but if it means it’ll be out of my system sooner, that sounds pretty good. I really did enjoy cardarine the last time I ran it. And Nismo, I’ve been on the strict diet for a little while now two months or so, trying to get my body fat down before the cycle. I haven’t had it tested yet, just an estimate, I could be less than I think. Once I’m on the cycle I will definitely increase my calories 2500-3000, depending how I feel and how my body is responding.
