Gents...looking for experienced user who can walk me thru EPO use and any insights/experience with competition (in and out of competition) testing protocols. I'm pretty familiar with but would like oversight. We can move the conversation offsite to work together if need be. Thanks in advance.

I think EPO would be a mistake. You must, I am sure, be aware that every time a high profile cyclists gets pulled, tested and caught then ALL the testing gets tightened up. This has happened just recently. Consider using something else.

Like @stevesmi said, I personally would use cardarine instead. It's MUCH simpler, will cause much less side effects and will give you an arguably better increase in endurance then EPO will -> https://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine/

If you are adamant on using EPO - The best way to use is EPO is with a loading phase and then a maintenance phase: Loading phase 4500-12000 IU for week 1-3 (6000 IU is average), then keep supportive dosage 3000-4000 IU for weeks 4-6. Weekly dosage is to be split on three equal shots.

If this is your first time using EPO - Conservative approach is 4500 IU / week (3 shots x 1500 IU) with 3000 IU supportive dosage (3 shots x 1000 IU).

I truly appreciate feedback and concerns; was on it prior thru a team Doc but don't have that ability any longer so will do solo; really no comparisons to anything else on the market but I appreciate the prior feedback. Truly looking for someone with actual experience for someone at this level. There was poster "chickenscratch" from prior that obviously had vast experience but I cannot PM him as I am new. I'm guessing PM'g someone would push thru to his email so any help with that would be greatly appreciated, otherwise I'll wait and see if anyone shows up with actual experience with endurance athletes. Again, I appreciate the feedback and comments nonetheless!
