Problems napsgear email

I have been napsgear for about 20 years. I tried logging onto my account but it doesn’t have my email on file. It’s the same one I have been using since the start. I also have a credit. Is anyone else having this problem

nope. i log in just fine.

I'm sure this is something that may be a glitch or a bug. Have you tried resetting your computer and maybe clearing your cookies?

I haven't noticed any problems, man. I actually just made an order like a few days ago. Maybe try checking again.

Problem is when I type the email I have been using since I started isn’t recognized and says they don’t have that email.

Yes, I did last night. Still in the works. I did make a new account with the email I have been using. I’m going to reach out to the naps rep make a ticket for this issue. I get a little worked up and its not at them. I was thinking where else am I going to go to get stuff. I’m old and use to using naps, change is a pain in the ass. Especially when you’re looking for Legit sources. I’ll keep using naps until I’m 6 feet under. Their service is second to none and they always reach out asap if you file a ticket. Again thanks for the reply
