Progressive overload/dose

Hi guys
Looking for advice please

Been on prescribed TRT at 125mg E7D for 1 year before starting.

Using the progressive overload principles I've done this, splitted over 2 injections days :

Week 1-4 : test cyp 250mg + equipoise 250mg
Week 5-8 : test cyp 250mg + equipoise 500mg

I've juste started the week 9, added 25mg proviron ED, i feel a difference because nipples a bit itchy, i guess because more free test so more aromatization, so i upped aromasin by 10mg.

Question is, i still have 5g of equipoise so 10 weeks lefts

What would you do :
A) keep going no change !
B) up test cyp to 500mg
C) add deca 250mg then 500mg

i would run eq about 16 weeks... no need to add deca in here right now whatsoever.. that wouldnt even make sense being it needs to be ran much longer... just because you have certain amounts of something DOES NOT mean you should use it all either.. i would just bump eq to 600 mg per weeks and run it 8 more weeks

You upped your Aromasin dose by 10mg? How often are you taking it?

Where’s your bloodwork?

If your in week 9 of a cycle you should’ve gotten your mid cycle bloods back by now. 250mg is a low dose and itchy nipples is just a sign of hormones not necessarily a sign of gyno. Yet you chose to up your Aromasin by 10mgs.

Progressive overload is a term for the training - not drugs.

bud start right away with 500 eq. why would you up it after 4 weeks? these steroids have esters attached and super long half lives. you need to realize this.

Are you running Aromasin that high cause you need it?
Go for 500 EQ ride away, why waiting till week 4 for it?

You really dont need to up the dose like that!

That aromasin dose makes no sense. 30mg Every 3.5 days? What's the sense in that? Run it every other day. 15mg eod would be close to the same thing and more ideal

Yeah i need this "high" amount of aromasin because Im very prone to gyno

Yeah 10mg ED or 15 mg EOD would be much more ideal.

About the 1:2 ratio, seems correct for you ? I try to use a little supra physiological test dose because I'm not a big body and side effects are hard on me...

That's a helluva lot of Aromasin surprised that works for you with no sides. Deca should be front-loaded for best results so don't add that now.
