Hello nutrition experts from evolutionary,
I have a question about the progresso soup diet.
Would you consider a can of Progresso Soup a round enough meal for a cutting diet?
While reading the label on the progress soup can I can tell each container give you 200 cal with 40% of those calories adding up from the fat.
I'm looking to do a hard 1,500 cal diet, I'm stupid fat right now I want to drop about 30lbs.
I can just eat like four to five cans of progresso soup per day and two to three of cans of Tuna or sardines and then some fibrous fruit, like pineapple with enzymes. I should be able to drop some serious weight going that hard down right?
I'm around 5'8 210lbs 42yrl all lard around my belly about 22% bodyfat I figure. I'm serious about cutting some 30 lbs of fat and I'm committed to it, I'm a retired boxer and I always fought around 140lbs to 160lbs so to be this fat now is insane but I had a bad drinking problem and overate from being drunk and having food nearby. A shame really.
I want to drop this lard and get on a good cycle once I'm around 10% bodyfat. Is this a good plan for me to follow to cut calories way down?
