Hi guys I wonder if having prolactin on point and stable depends if estrogen is under control, or prolacting levels can increase even if your have estrogen under control? thank you.
Great question. In females, prolactin and estrogen are linked as part of their menstrual cycle. There is a big misconception that the same holds true for men. In men - prolactin and estrogen are completely different hormones.
Most men won't have issues with prolactin and it takes a REALLY high prolactin levels to actually get your nipples to start lactating but it can happen. In a man, you can have normal estrogen levels but high prolactin levels.
I always recommend men use an anti-prolactin drug like cabergoline whenever using a nandrolone (deca, npp, tren). It won't hinder any gains at all and it will only benefit you.

In my estimation, cabergoline/"Dostinex" is a very effective compound. I find that it keeps prolactin levels in check - at low doses - and without any kind of noticeable side effects. So too is it readily available from a large number of India-based generic drug manufacturers, and India's generic drug-manufacturing industry is amongst the world's finest generic drug-manufacturers.
The problem with caber', however, is that its cost varies quite widely. Just yesterday I saw one group of thieves selling 0.5mg tablets of caber' for the astonishing price of $18.40 per tablet. (I purchase 0.5mg tablets of caber' for $2.10 per tablet; $2.90 for 1.0mg tablets.)
Yes, the aforementioned thieves were selling Pfizer manufactured caber'. But again, virtually all cabergoline produced by India-based generic drug manufacturers is in fact actual cabergoline.
So be careful when shopping for caber'. Don't allow yourselves to be ripped off.

Ed ~ if you need an Anti-Prolactin that doesn't cost much ~ Pramipexole.
Just remember, than you have to Slowly Increase the Dosage, to avoid Side Effects.
Personally, I've Never needed an Anti-Prolactin while On-Cycle.
Even on High doses of Deca/NPP/Tren.
So long as I keep Estro within Range, I'm good.............................. JP

I tend to think that this is more common for Younger Guys, who are Gyno Prone.
Due to either Diet or Prescription Meds when they were young.
Or Not Breast-Feeding, and Drinking one of the Soy Substitutes.
Just remember, than you have to Slowly Increase the Dosage, to avoid Side Effects.

But, actually, it isn't as though I am in need of a cheaper anti-prolactin. If I had to - if there were no alternative, I would gladly and unflinchingly pay $18.40 per 0.5mg tablet for Pfizer's cabergoline. But there most certainly are such alternatives, and I absolutely hate to see others get ripped off. That is the reason for my having written what I wrote.

I’m on a test/tren/Masteron cycle, was taking aromosin 25mg EOD. Nipples started getting super sensitive and could force lactation (at the 6 week or so mark).
Caber is super expensive here. So upped my aromosin to ED instead of EOD and bam; everything fixed itself in a few days.
So I was able to control my prolactin sides with an AI

Too, if you would like to have caber' on-hand, just conduct a thorough internet search using the words "inexpensive cabergoline." There are a large number of sources that sell India-manufactured generic caber' for very reasonable prices. As previously stated, I am currently paying $2.10 for a 25mg tablet of very effective cabergoline.

Again, although the now highly corporatized FDA would surely disagree, India's generic drug-manufacturing industry is amongst the world's finest.
Moreover, I and several guys I know have been using generic cabergoline for many years and without any prolactin-related side effects. So either the cabergoline we are taking is actually cabergoline, or the lot of us are immune to the negative effects of excessive levels of prolactin.
If you are going to run nandrolones I like having some caber on hand. I don't think most people will actually need it but better to be safe. I understand it doesn't hurt to crush prolactin in men but I just figure why take another drug when it isn't necessary.
