Should I have milk or water mixed with my protein powder after a workout ? Which would be better for putting on mass? Milk right? But is water safer ?
 
Milk is very inflammatory in the body and most adults humans have a lactose sensitivity.

I would stick with water. If you want extra calories, you could use a dairy free milk like almond milk or coconut milk
 
well you said you want to put on mass right? well instead of protein powder why not eat a good quality meal.

skinny guys want to drink shakes to put on mass. the bottom line is you aren't gonna build muscle drinking shakes
