I wanted to find out if anyone deals with whey protein powder sensitivity? I cant seem to digest it well as it leaves me gassy and fart all over the place. What should I use as an alternative (except food) to get my protein in?

Totally possible. High quality whey protein contains less than 1% lactose. Usually, key word usually lactose intolerant people can handle it. However shitty whey protein can contain higher amounts.

here is a novel idea.

don't consume protein powder.

i've been doing that for the past 20 fucking years and i am still alive and well. crazy concept I know but try it too

as for getting enough protein. the protein requirements are far less than you think. you only need .6g of your total body weight in pounds.. so you will get plenty without powders

A lot of adult humans have a dairy sensitivity.

You can either swap the whey protein for a vegan protein powder or just not consume protein powder. You really don't need protein powder man. You can just eat more food

You may well be using a concentrate over a high quality Isolate. WHEN it's back in stock (I'm still waiting as I love the stuff) N2BM does a solid product

If you are suffering from problems with whey protein powder then you should change. I suggest you to use vegan proteini powder since this featured with 10 superfood plant-proteins with unique complementary amino acid. It gives your digestive system rest and remove unwanted toxins from your body as well as gives you essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals.
