Just wondering when you order international is it common for package to be stuck in one spot for 4 days? Package just says it was recieved by one city.

There is a process. It must go through customs.
It may take a few days there. Then it must be updated by usps at each drop off. Sometimes it isnt. Be patient.
brother USPS handles millions of packages via machines and humans.. sometimes packages sit in 1 spot for a period of time. nothing to do with the source, that is USPS which is made up of miserable employees who are underpaid.
I know its not the source. I have ordered from domestic line before. Its my first time ordering through international line and was just wondering if its normal for the package to be at its first stop for more than 5 days and not move. Ill be patient though. Thank you

Honestly it probably didn't actually stop for 4 days. The tracking only updates when the product gets scanned upon arrival/departure from a sorting facility or post office. Sometimes they don't scan it when it passes through a checkpoint so the tracking won't update until it gets scanned again. I've had packages arrive while the tracking still said "Arrived at customs."

I’ve had more than one package literally show NOTHING on tracking....no movement at all...and the package showed up. I would not worry unless it’s been 25-30 days without receiving package.
Only with certain packages. The higher value packages that actually contain our product will have a working tracking number. But sometimes we will ship the vial boxes/oral packets separately from the product itself for those who order in bulk. Those parcels we typically send without tracking. We will provide a tracking number but it will show up as "Not available" when you try to track it.
The tracking for your packages should have a working tracking number if they actually contain product and not just packaging.
But worry not! If your pack doesn't show up within 30 days of shipment, contact PSL through the website or email and request a re-ship. But contact me first via PM so I can fill you in on what's needed for the re-ship.
