PSL is shipping from UK

Hi all
Maybe it's just me, but I didn't notice during the purchasing process that my goods were shipped from UK.
The website splitted the PO in 2, and one part arrived from UK; this means to all EU buyers a custom fee (see attachment).
It's a shame that I pay over 450 € of goods and I have to pay again for custom fees without being advised of this.
At least a little of political geography should be implemented in PSL...or maybe not declare the full value of the goods!
To be 100% accurate, my job is working with custom so I'm well awared of fees and so on...
Anyhow pay attention on this guys

Bye

I've had (I had them stop recently) multiple items shipped by PSL from the EU and NEVER paid a customs fee. It'll almost certainly be a mistake. You're EU based and had to pay a fee on (undervalued right?) £40 worth of product as listed?

I have, at my request (ironically due to as customs issue), had recent items come via the UK.

Given what your job is you'll know how it usually works. I suggest contact CS via a ticket regarding any future fee issues. Also blur sendees address.

That's because they ship from extra UE (uk) to EU and they declare full price instead of gift. For sure they can't risk an inspection by declaring 0 euro...
BUT cam'on... advise customers or ship as DDP (delivery duty paid) specially if I buy 400 euro total....
I cant change the picture but I guess its a fake address....I have opened a ticket to psl lets see

You need to understand that we only pay duty on goods over £50 here and the sender deliberately UNDER valued your items by a factor of 10. So it's on YOUR customs on charging a fee on £40. Not only that when I HAVE paid a fee it's been around £12.50 Not that much

It can't be a fake address for the purposes of tracking via the Post Office here.

I agree with yoy and I know how the custom works, BUT THEY SHOULD ADVISE FROM WHERE DO THEY SHIP DURING THE PURCHASING PROCESS.
If I would have been awared of this, I would have serached for another provider from EU.
Anyhow they have been so kind to charge me back 19 € for the "issue".
The point is being awared, and also knowing what they are doing, if you ship from UK, UK it's not EU from custom point of view, like Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Serbia, Montenegro, Albany, Macedonia...

Regards

Just an FYI. For the rest of the world and specifically the US market (aka 'Domestic' shipping) the UK is considered part of Europe. However, following 'Brexit' we opted OUT of the EU hence there now being potential issues. Each country within the EU will have their own rates and limits on customs fees etc. Ours, the UK, remains as it was at £50+. The minimum I've paid is the postal services £12.50 fee plus any tax due.

I suspect the member here bought the last few 15ml vials of which I think only the Scottish sender held any stock. From a site sense ALL countries inside Europe will NOT be 'international' but 'local' vs US or domestic.

you safe a lot $$ on discount for 15ml ;)

@Simoneme you are right, if PSL (puritysourcelabs) was amazon, they would tell you point of origin and shipping location and all, but PSL is a steroid seller, they have to be careful, they switch warehouses and location. That's why you didnt get advised where it comes from, does that make sense?

PSL has been in business over 25 years, I can assure you anything you buy from them is GOLD standard, but shipping is always something every supplier has to work on day to day.

@Simoneme Best thing you can do is reach out to a PSL representative. They are all over the place. There are at least three of them on the Forum. They will probably give you some good information on that question.

@Simoneme Reach out to the sources, they all have reps on here. They'll be able to tell you more about what they're able to do for you. PSL has at least three guys who are on here regularly, check their sub forum.

All this over a small fee ? Seriously ?
All 16 Euros. How many times will people stint on pins etc but drop a $1000 on cycle.

I agree in principle that it shouldn't happen but equally, when it did (1x) I said 'tale care' and paid the £12.50 UK fee (I think the tax was another £8)

That is so true, i spend way more like you said on pins then a small service fee, i can also agree with the principle, at the end of the day, small fee for a great product, most restaurants in tne states charge either a service fee or convince fee these days as an example.

"Perhaps it's just me, but I'm finding it rather challenging to grasp the specifics of your concerns. Could you possibly elaborate a bit more? I'm not entirely sure what point you're trying to make here
