Question about Proviron dosing

I am on 200mg of test cyp weekly for TRT but my SHBG is consistently running high (>80) and it's killing my free test. I've decided to use Proviron for lowering SHBG and also in hopes of being able to drop the little bit of anastrozole I take for slightly moderate elevated E2 (~50). I've read the half-life for Proviron is ~12 hours. I'd like to keep the dose at 25mg and was hoping to only have to take it once daily, but is that feasible? And is that dose on the low end? I am not opposed to taking it twice daily and going up to 50mg, but I would like to use as little as possible. TIA for any input.

Once daily is perfectly fine, and is how I run 50mg daily. If you really wanted to split your dose and stay at 25mg, you could just use a pill splitter and take half twice a day.

i only use it once a day... thats completely fine...

I like proviron at 50 mg. It’s one of the few compound I see results from instantly. Skin tightens, veins pop, all within 45 min of dosing... and that increased libido? Oh man!

Yeah, I'm excited for that. I ran a low dose of Tren for 12 weeks a few months back, for the first time, and couldn't believe the fucking libido! It was pretty inconvenient tho lol I haven't had anywhere near the desire since. I hope this gives me back even a portion of that.

50mg per day. I've even ran it as high as 100mg per day for a short time
