People need to keep in mind that using compounds, they are nothing but tools and everyone is hung up on numbers, whether it's with the weight in the gym or on the scale.. this is superficial and these numbers can change at any given time, let the mirror do all the talking.. 5 lb is a decent amount.
Recently on one of my blasts in 8 weeks I put on 3 lb.
Then towards the end i was down for so essentially I was at a loss for one, but that doesn't mean anything because the mirror does all the talking. My strength was through the roof and I made tremendous gains with lean tissue. People are hung up on these numbers and they expect these compounds to pick up the slack somewhere.. for myself I'm beyond happy with the results because all of the work was done in the kitchen..
Maybe take a look at your nutrition and look at your timing of your meals along with the type of training you're doing. Stay off of the scale it's nothing but a mind fuck just focus on consistency.
Weigh yourself once a week and do it when you're fasted first thing in the morning, just pick that one specific day and take photos soon after you weigh yourself.
This is how you check up on your progress and also just pay attention to your strength increase in the gym.
Get the numbers out of your head, because I can guarantee you that I could show you that gaining 2 lb could look a whole hell of a lot better than gaining 15 or 20.
People should focus on the type of games they are making, it's not quantity it's quality.
If you want to really pack it on I can help you in that department but what's going to be the follow-up plan to maintain it thereafter?
