This is my 9th day dosing LGD at 10mg and I don't see any strength gains or muscle size gains yet I'm 5ft 6 and 145lbs does it always take about 2 weeks to get the effects to kick in from LGD 4033?
 
There are ALOT of fake SARMS floating around on the market. Make sure to order your SARMS from a reputable source such as sarms1.com.

It will take about 2 weeks to really notice the difference from LGD. SARMS are not steroids. They won't provide the rapid strength gains an oral steroid would, but you should defiantly be noticing an increase in strength and endurance after 2 weeks.
 
1. Make sure you got your LGD from a reputable source that provides high quality SARMS.

2. It is a bit early to judge about the legitness of your LGD, as it may take up to two weeks to really start feeling its effects. Therefore, you should wait another week before making any conclusions about the quality of your LGD.
 
with your stats there is no way you have your diet and training where it should be.. I know cause I am your size and when I was natty I weighed 20 pounds more then you at sub 10% body fat. you simply are not eating enough or pushing enough in the gym.

what is your diet and training looking like ?

steroids, SARM's, supplements are just tools..
 
I agree with Steve....unless you are female.

Don't expect much from your lgd if your not eating right. It's the most important thing....I say it over and over.
 
Yeah I got mine from sarms 1 I think it is legit because I noticed I don't get as tired at the gym after my workout and I notice I sweat more now I read online that people say when you start sweating more that's how you know it's legit LGD

You should be tracking what you are eating. Use something like myfitnesspal and really get your diet locked in. Muskate has some nice posts of his diet plans out there.
 
I agree with Steve....unless you are female.

Don't expect much from your lgd if your not eating right. It's the most important thing....I say it over and over.

I would say this applies not only to lgd, but to so many things in bodybuilding. Supplements, sarms, gear..
