About to run a 10 week cycle of sust 250 @500mg a week. I'm a tad gyno sensitive so I got some LiquiAromas. Its 15mg/mL (30ml bottle). I'm pretty sure I'll have to order some more next week but my question is what should I dose at? I was thinking 15mg a day or possibly 30 eod. What do you guys think?

People here usually recommend starting at 12.5mg eod. However, considering the half life of Aromasin a everyday dosage would be worth considering. If you're gyno sensitive I would take an every day dose, not over 10mg though

dosing an AI is variable.. this is where experience and blood work pays off.

i use 12.5 eod.. and tinker with it from there.

With what you have I would do 1 ml eod and see how you do. Nips start getting itchy then do 1 ml ed.

You can start with 12.5 ED given the half life of aromasin in males and adjust from there..

yes......try for about 10mg ED. I know it will be tough given its liquid but try. You need to stay 150% on top of shit when you have gyno like us folk.

Gyno won't get out of control within a few days so you have plenty of time to up the dose as soon as you see any gyno signs. Dosing too high at first will cause (IMO) more unpleasant effects than a couple days of itchy nips.

I would start at 15mg EOD
