Any spicy nips as 730 pmol ? My pmol hit 303 for bit and I freaked out/ added masin, maybe I jumped the gun. First TRT+ for me.

I started getting insomnia around 250pmol so took an Aromasin and dialled my dose back to 150mg. Still not sleeping well not sure if it's that or the Retatrutide will get bloods in another week to see

iv been Reta for about 6 months. No insomnia my way and on fairly high dose now. 9 to 10 mg a week.

Good to know it'll definitely be my E2 then hopefully I can dial it in lower without needing an AI. My test level was 1250 on 175mg so can definitely come down a bit

Hey brother I get insomnia if I ramp up reta to fast, you mite find pushing your next dose back afew days will help its what I've had to do twice

500 should only have you around 90-100 test and over 2000 total.

I don't think you need LCMS for testosterone unless you're running nandrolone as well

Sorry for the late reply. None at all. I'm really confused though. I've read about guys getting 1/3 what I had and getting spicy nips. But I had no side effects at all. I'm on asin 10mg 3x week a now, so maybe it was going to happen soon.

It's all personalised from one individual to the next, keep in mind we're not meant to stay at high e2 for extended lengths of time even without sides. There are other long term implications that can happen.

I don't think you need LCMS for testosterone unless you're running nandrolone as well

I’m no expert but in WA non LCMS test doesn’t show e2 below 100 nmol - just says <100 which is pain cos 1 and 90 is difference between crash and no crash.

Excellent point. How annoying also the fact you're paying extra to have LCMS done and yet they don't even give you an exact reading
