Recovery times?

Started my first cycle today. Will update log on Friday.
That being said, I was wondering what your on cycle recovery times look like. I feel so pumped from this morning that 2 a days seem doable but am not sure if chasing this level of intensity will help or hurt potential gains.
Peds = faster recovery. How fast depends on dose and your gemetics, you will have to experiment a bit to see what you can handle

Faster recovery may not mean what you think
You have higher red blood cells, but also your pounding away at your joints and soft tissues at the same time
Your injury risk is significantly higher on steroids that is just the fact

It depends on nutrition and sleep and supps and overall training, this is very general, but generally speaking if you're sore dont train that day

Bros, I think certain people can pump a lot more volume than others. Some people are more injury-prone. You ever watch sports? Some dudes get injured over and over and some dudes stay healthy for their whole career.
 
gear will reduce recovery times. increase the size gains over smaller periods of time. But as long as your dialled in.

BUT....

no amount of gear is gonna protect you from overtraining, or injury. Its a marathon, not a sprint. Man, im in my 40's, and i get away with 200mg test and a sprinkle of tren or masteron / primo (when available) here and there, but i made better progress by eating whole foods, recovering and not ego lifing in the gym than i ever made on 1 gram+ of gear. I know what my body is doing, and ive learned what it doesnt like.


Just learn, understand the risks and accept the fact that at some point, your probably gonna be jamming a needle in your arse a couple of times a week for life.

The science pretty much agrees that using steroids can reduce recovery time by 50%. But as Steve said it doesn't mean that you can go in there like a gorilla and throw heavy weights around and avoid injuries.

This is an excellent post. I agree with everything you're saying. I've seen tons of guys get injured on gear who thought that gear made them invincible.
