Running ORALS : Listening to your body

As an aging guy, I get random pains and cramps in the strangest of places. Some times in my sternum, or near my appendix, kidney area or randomly in the abdomen area. I KNOW its nothing (because Ive been thoroughly checked over by the doc. Perfect organs) and its most likely stress induced, or from digesting foods or aging.

I realized that IF I was on cycle…these cramps and pains would cause me to panic/stress about health and toxicities.

So my questions is : When you folks are running Orals, either stacked or by themselves or in any combination, how do you feel?
I wouldn’t know what “liver toxicity” felt like or signs to look out for. Every one gets cramps and pains…so unless the reaction is soooo severe you know you need a hospital, what does running orals leave you feeling?

Ie. Crampy, lethargic, euphoric, Jaundice, constipated, toxic or invincible?

Ive never run an oral and am researching the psychological /meta physical aspect. (I log my health and moods regularly and use it to compare to my feelings on cycle. Just so I know im not crazy)

Thank you in advance

Ive heard so much about this n2guard...must be the shit. Ive read quite a bit...so much so, my eyes are screwed.
THanks for the advise!

I've never experienced liver toxicity from an oral cycle, but, I can say I've experienced liver problems. When I was in high school I ate an inexplicable amount of garbage, mostly fried food, and I was diagnosed with a "fatty liver" which perpetuates similar side effects that you feel with liver toxicity issues. Because of my history of liver problems, I'm extremely cautious with any orals I take. Like you, I can probably be classified as a hypochondriac. When I had liver problems I experienced: nausea, vomiting, cold sweats, and debilitating cramps. I'm not talking normal cramps from digestion, eating too much, etc. The pain was so excruciating that I wouldn't be able to move. When I had liver issues the worst part was the constant fear that I was about to vomit. Being in public was terrible because nobody wants to vomit in public - this hindered my attendance in school.

I suggest you don't overthink the entire thing, because you'll make it 10x worse and self-diagnose yourself. If your tests come up clean, you're fine.

tl;dr
If you really had salient liver problems, you'd know, and you'd probably be able to know without going to a doctor.

Usually, you don't feel much of a thing when you are taking orals until things tet really bad. As @stevesmi has already mentioned, the best way to keep the liver under control, is doing regular blood work. The best thing to prevent liver problems is N2Guard.

Unfortunately, you can't rely on symptoms as compounds effect each person differently. Usually when symptoms become present, it is already too late.

Get blood work done before your cycle to make sure all your levels are within the normal range. DONT start an oral steroid cycle if you have pre-exsisting high liver enzyme values.

During your oral steroid cycle, supplement with n2guard from n2bm.com at 7 capsules/day. Limit oral usage to 6 weeks maximum.

if you already have problems with these organs i would stay away from orals period, that's just me i find oral have more side effects then injectables

You will notice heart burn, dark urine and very light colored stool as your first symptoms usually. Fatigue as well. From there itching and jaundice. Tudca or udca used during cycle will prevent most of this.

As a female my body is way different then you guys. I log my moods, weight, how I feel, look etc almost everyday. I do this so I know exactly what's going on with my body. When I run an oral cycle I am attentive to everything. ...like stated above, things can go south quickly. Blood work is vital number 1. Liver and organ protection is super important and listening to your body is as well. I've already cut 2 or 3 weeks off of a cycle due to fast and hard sides.

Main thing. ..be safe and listen to your body.
